PLEASE HELP I NEED A MULTI REGION HACK FOR THIS .

We have this player at our office in the presentation room. As it is a great player, finding a hack for it is difficult. There is a hack for it, as I have been given the info by goodmans uk that the code does exist, but as the player is new on the market it will take time for technicians like myself to find out how to access the firmware chip and alter the region settings.

IM STILL HAVING NO LUCK FINDING A CODE FOR THIS DVD PLEASE HELP. :(

Sorry to reopen old wounds but I`ve just bought a Goodmans GTV34R2DVD (I think the 2 means it`s a newer model). The 1379 hack gets me to a secret menu but I can`t change the region number (which is highlighted). Pressing Enter sends me back to the General Setup page, pressing anything else seems to do nothing.
PS Pressing "0" changes the channel to the VCR channel on the TV.

I`ve located a hack that works specifically on the Goodmans GTV34R2DVD.
Do following:

Press the OPEN/CLOSE button once, so that the tray on your player ejects
Press the SETUP button once
Using the arrow buttons select the PREFERENCES menu.
Key in 1, then 3, then 7, then 9, then 1, then 1, then 0, then 0 (i.e. 13791100)
Current REGION CODE will pop up on screen
You can use the left and right arrow buttons to change the setting : 0 is for all-region, 1 to 6 each of the individual regions.
Press SETUP button again
The region code will now have been changed on your DVD player
You may now press the OPEN/CLOSE button again, to close the tray
