No problem to me, its old news, as I have been aware of them storing data and handing it out to whoever for cash, for a long time. How else do they make their billions.
I always use camouflage, deceit and lies on the internet anyway, so much so, even I or the wife does not know who I am half the time. Plus its hardly worth the effort to send me specific targeted advertising as it is usually wrong due to subterfuge used. Last time I got an advert for half price off incontinent knickers, and a good sales on camel saddles, was going to buy one as it was a good deal, all I need is the camel.
There used to be 'no storage of data' mirrored search engines, but they were limited in knowledge compared to good old google, and a lot have gone now, like fruggle, instead of google.
As it says on the tin, its the price we accept to get information at our fingertips. Anyway 1984 is past history now as we are in 2016.
Due to lack of comments, its looks like I am not the only one no longer interested i Googles takeover of the worldÂ
Makes sense as nothing can go wrong with Apple products, right?, he he.
