Septicemia brought on by the fact he's gotten so fat eating the poor (or food for the poor, I forget which), his bulk has caused his ankles to splinter

In every photo released, he's grinning like the Cheshire Cat. When did that freak EVER smile before?

I'm 100% certain it's one of his MANY clones. (No, I don't mean they cloned him, I mean it's a double)

No video footage or any proof of when the photos were taken. It all stinks. Trouble is, this is North Korea we're talking about, and you just can't tell whether this suggests things are going to get better or worse.

Probably took a month force feeding the double enough noodles to get him the right size.
