BBC2 TV advert last night starts Monday 30th March, looking at radio times it is Mon - Fri 23:20

may be best to start a new thread as already suggested so the "shorties" don`t get hit by spoilers ;)

I think they missed a trick with the advert, it`s very "Guardian says, critically acclaimed"

I would have just showed Omar walking down the street, shotgun in hand, with shorties yelling

"Omar`s coming, Omar`s coming", faded to "The Wire from Monday 30th" :)

Not only is my missus and my sister in law now interested, my dad the other day asked if "I had heard of this new cop show coming to bbc soon that`s supposed to be quite good" :)

The wire seasons 1-5 dvd,great show!! season 5 is best,i think.

Does anyone know when the 2nd season starts on BBC2.
Looked at next weeks listings and it`s been replaced by snooker >:(

This is on sky's on demand until the end of Jan -(all 5 seasons) I doubt I could watch them all in 2 months, wish they would put stuff on for longer.
