The mrs was gutted that we missed it, but at least the tickets went to a good home.

Was going to mail you. Right. The party got called off but I still went to Londinium to see a friend who had a baby an christmas eve. There is no bloke and she moved back to london and is lonley. Got to London and then my mate drove round for an hour and a half looking for her place. Maps? Pha, their for girls.

Next day got up and had breakfast and got some papers and chilled. Then rosies mum turned up. Polish and very freindly. She insisted on doing a huge sunday lunch. Very nice it was to, and drawn out. She also insisted that I was not getting the train back but she was giving me a lift. Saying no was not an option. The point I am getting to is that I could not be rude enough to have the lunch, run out, get back, have lift back to Leicester, after sleeping in her house. So I gave the tickets to Rosies sister and boyfriend who seemed arty and were more than happy to get out of the house. I am gutted too, as I know nothing about that sort of thing an it would have been nice to see it first hand so I could make an informed desision(sp) as to its vadility. But I was to polite just to bugger off. Hope this is not a problem. Thanks for sending them to me and thanks to Wossname for putting them up for grabs in the first place. They did go to a good home in the end. If I can ever repay the favour give me a shout.

Oakland, was that you who popped in to the shop a couple of weeks ago asking about a dvd player you had bought to add to your Sony all in one system? If so you should have said it was you. Neiliboy did and said he felt very silly saying "hello, i`m Neiliboy. Is the Doctor about. Did you get your problem sorted?

Yes that was me. I would have felt daft sayin "hi i`m Oakland Raider!" I was not 100% sure if you were the Dr who not.People may have overheard and thought we were part of a secret society!! :B :B

I didn`t get my previous problem it sorted, i decided to buy a working player and get that
one hopefully looked at by the Dr. or at least someone who could sort it out.

My faulty players will be sold for spares. i have a spare set of speakers and wires, they seem to be more popular than the actual player, so hopefully i can make a little back on them and cover the costs of me getting a working player.

Any help with my query would be appreciated :)
