for some reason I don't have either of the Thors, but do have all the Iron Mans, Avengers, both Captains, and the Norton Hulk (which sort of ties in). Will Guardians cross over to this universe later?

They're all connected by the Infinity Stone arc (cube, Ethos, Orb) that should culminate with Avengers 3. A couple of characters have already crossed over if you include some of the end credits stingers.

Haha, no but the Benicio Del Toro character appears at the end of Thor 2 and Thanos at the end of Avengers.
