Just chased them up as I still hadnt had the voucher. Heres the reply I got. they havent sent the voucher yet and ive got til midnight tonight to use it!! Fingers crossed!!!

do you have an email address for them as I need to chase mine up again :(

I logged into the account i`d set up for the Time out voucher and used the contact us section on the left hand side. Hope that helps?

After seeing this post , I decided to chase up again on the email address where I didn`t get the 3 x £3 compensation vouchers.
Lo and behold , an £8.75 voucher appeared which I wasted no time in spending :)
So thanks to the OP for the reminder. :D

Thanks to the OP for this, tried this myself yesterday and came out trumps, got my £8.75 voucher....and my mom always told me that honesty pays :/
