I will never stop finding this amusing

Of course, the depressing thing about Maisie for me is that she was born a week and a half after I met Annie. Now I feel old(er).

Was that spike in the graph due to Maisie romping in the hay

Down to the minute. A lot of viewers, especially from the US (which this graph correlates to), have seen Maisie grow up from a 12 year old. Not that much time has passed in the series (Arya is 18 in S8), so to suddenly see boobies on someone they still think of as a child made a lot of people nervous.

However, internet experts have deduced that of the two shots where disrobing happened, the second shot was very CG-heavy with the digital removal of flesh-coloured upholstery, and the addition of a certain piece of anatomy that moved contrary to how Maisie did.

Well that was... gruelling, yet somewhat disappointing.

SPOILER:
Eight years of momentum ends with Arya sticking him with the pointy end?

I'm supposed to care about Cersei now? lol k den

Also, the episode needed a counter for last-second saves.

Personally I thought it was superb and sort of ended as I expected it...

The only dissapointment to me was the darkness and smoke of the battle (likely saved more than a few bob on CGI effects doing that) and making it difficult to see what was going on.

Best battlefield moments went to....
SPOILER:
The little lady Lyanna Mormont stabbing the dead giant in the face as she was crushed to death.  And Theon Greyjoy fighting to the bitter end.

Also a bit stupid putting all the woman and children in a crypt full of dead that could come alive and did. Saw that one coming. Bet most viewers thought that.

Finally the battle plan itself was so dis-organised, leaving the dragons back for so long, that could have easily burned half the dead at a distance instead of sending the first lot of fighters in to get slaughtered. Then no-one could set fire to the fire trench, and why set all those swords on fire and stand out like a sore thumb. Did Samwell make it through, could not tell in the chaos?

Wow, so disappointed with that.  Agree with most of what you've said about so-called 'tactics' bandi.
As for chess and moving pieces into place, well black certainly won.  Artistic intent maybe but with a colour palette of orange, brown and black black black, for huge parts it was just silhouettes frantically slashing in the dark and running around.
If that wasn't GoT I think so many parts would be laughed at.

Do NOT watch this unless you've seen episode 3

It's a long making of.

That was deliberate, that's what real war is like...

And how many times was a main character completely overcome, camera moves off and 2 mins later they're still fighting away and fine?
No suitable smiley here to describe the battle 'plan'..
