Sat thru two episodes so far. Must admit I'm finding it hard going.

Watching episode 4, also struggling. Really want to like it, I love the cast.

Everything is so disjointed, characters appear and seem significant then suddenly vanish, a lot of overly stylised shots like Hannibal, but it's struggling to hold my attention.

Halfway through and I have no idea what the plot is.

I think that I'm just watching episode 7 says how un-engaging this series is. :/

Every time it spends any moment on any actual sort of plot, or spends anytime with any character long enough for you to actually want to start to care about what happens to them, it stops and spends a load of time on a flashback or something pointless that contributes nothing.

It's all style, I don't know why it's so highly rated on metacritic. :(

Is your long service going to be rewarded with a Lost style OWTF.
That much stuff I'm behind on I doubt I'll ever watch it after your glowing reviews.

we're like that these days, record so much stuff, 5 mins in if we're not intrigued, hit delete and we'll watch a "go to show" like 8 out of 10 cats or something else recorded we know we like we're behind on.

American Gods we want to watch, but missus is such a big fan of the book (I haven't read it) she's in two minds.

Please get her to watch it! I really want to know if I'm missing something.
