What the smeg, its back...

First episode of Red Dwarf X1 was on this week on Thursday, repeated friday, on Dave.

The boys are looking a bit worse for wear after so many years off screen(except for the cat who has remained slim), but hey the laughs and jokes abound, and you soon get back into the mad Si-fi stories and the world of Red dwarf.

Wasn't a bad return.  My mate missed it so thanks for the info on repeats.  Dave, a repeat, who'd have thought it eh. :)

They do have a tendency to revisit old ground, but at least they do something original with it. Last night (Samsara) was another look at the 'Justice Field', technologically imposed karma. But the best bit for me was the 'Rchimedes' conversation between Cat and Lister. I was laughing so hard I could barely breathe. Classic Dwarf!

Yeah, it does seem to be a re-hash but still fun & it made me laugh.

Seems to be 10 mins shorter than the older series, 30 min instead of 40 mins, still very funny though.

Really enjoyed tonight's episode, very funny :-)

Yes, Kyriton with his red outfit mid life crisis, hillarious, script writing is still superb.

Tonight's episode is already available on the uktv app. The best Cat episode I can remember, highly recommended :-D

Really enjoyed the new season, only one more for me to watch. Nice to know there is a second following!
