Well just watched episode 4 and its my last episode i fear, its truly the worst sci-fi show iv seen outside the ski-fi channel, the crew have absolutely no redeeming features, i was rooting for the creature tbh, seems the only likeable thing on the show!!, the klingons, well frankly i don't want the show to be about them, i don't want to have to read every word they say, they are also a warrior race, here they are whining little bitches!! wa wa wa ....a coward for a 1st officer, a captain who is a warmonger, a science officer who is all about himself, the dumbest security chief ever, annoying ensign, did i miss anything?.What a shame as i was really looking forward to this, only saving grace, we have The Orville.

I think this series is visually stunning. Hate to vogons - sorry, klingons. I have decided the only way I can judge it is to ignore that it is supposed to be Star Trek. It isn't. It fails miserably as a Star Trek series. But as a new sci-fi series, it has possibilities, if they could just drop those bloody klingons!

My biggest decision has been whether to watch it in 4k HDR and full Dolby 5.1 surround sound yhrough my 4k player, or in 4k Dolby Vision with Dolby PL II through my telly. As I couldn't discern any significant difference in the audio, I opted to watch it through the TV, and can confirm that Dolby Vision is better than standard HDR, which is a pity, as so far it has not yet appeared on any discs.

Still alive and kicking. You can't get rid of me that easily!

Latest episode, and now we are starting to get subplots....

Who would have thought that...SPOILER:
Harry Mudd
...is back, and looking after number one as usual

Also a typical good V bad....SPOILER:
split personality
...as an experiment (self inflicted) goes wrong without knowing

Still cannot stand the Kligon's, the Chief woman was a scream, was falling about laughing at some of her antics. Was it supposed to be serious?

Latest 'time loop' episode was (Yawn) boring.
Same scenes repeated, over and over, boring.
People die, and repeat die, who cares.

Script writers stories are not as good as the 'The Orville'.
Only saving grace,  no Klingon's in this episode.

I do not know if everyone has given this up, but those Klingons are just pathetic.

If they tried to make everyone fed up with this series, its those verrsions of Klingons, that's did it.

Anyway, one more episode to go to the end of the series, and have no idea if it will continue on to series 2, it has been that bad.

It’s just the mid season hiatus. The final 6 episodes of season 1 will be streamed in January. Season 2 comes much later.

assuming there is a season 2, without a major reboot i don't think it has a cats chance in hell personally, i mean if a fan like me gave up after 4 episodes i assume I'm not alone, and i struggled to get to 4, The crew are so unlikeable it should be set in the alternate universe with the Nazi Star Trek crew. :(:(:(
