I cancelled Netflix last month (actually it expires today come to think of it). I haven't used it since I cancelled it, largely due to them blocking the use of  US content. Doesn't really make much difference, as every one of their exclusive series ends up on the usual places on the day of release (if not before).

I still subscribe to Netflix so I'll give this new series a look when it comes out. I've loved every series except Enterprise and I'm loving JJ's movies!

The ship looks to be based on Ralph McQuarrie's redesign of the Enterprise, which would have featured in the aborted Star Trek Phase II series in the late '70s.
