Star Wars references in there.

As a former member of the armed forces, I think he should revise his views on SPOILER:
soldiers - particularly bearing in mind SPOILER:
the John Hurt incarnation and just how poor those soldiers on screen were.  Those SPOILER:
battle scenes were atrocious...


Hmm, maybe a tad overkill with the spoiler blocks there.

Much better episode, Suddenly Capaldi was the Doctor and the Daleks were the bad ass enemy that they always used to be.

The idea was okay and for my money Jenna Coleman is way better looking than Raquel Welch was (Fantastic Voyage).

But (Heresy warning) The Daleks now either need a serious redesign or leaving behind. Even my disbelief wont suspend enough to accept that there are that many flat surfaces anywhere that needs something exterminating.

Must admit my 1st thought was the Eccleston episode although I did enjoy it, 2 soldiers with names which are colours...hmmmm, I think Mr Pink is way too much of a woos for Jenna :).....

I am really enjoying Capaldi's doctor and the 1st 2 episodes left me with a smile on my face, didn't think this was as strong as the opening episode with no back story and a Dalek 1 parter didn't exactly enamour me and when I saw the trailer for next week I did have an involuntary shudder

Needs a second watch (I was fresh from Boston Pizza, as its $7 a 1.5 pint glass night), nice moments but overall a bit M'eh!



My outlook on life is positive & carefree, I'm positive that I'm a pessimist & I don't care what what you think.
