Why he joined Everton was probably related to doubling his salary and getting £11m+ a year (I imagine only second to Pep) while going to a team in the bottom 4.
He must be covered in pinch marks every morning.
He's done amazing.

Agreed. My understanding is that only Liverpool have picked up more points since Christmas, not sure how accurate that is.
I like him. He's calm and seems to have a decent rapport with Big Dunc. He's ambitious but is willing to take the time left until the summer to properly assess his squad rather than make panic buys in January.
