I don't know about anyone else but I'm more than inclined to apologise to the poor sod than insist on one from him on the basis of this.

I think also it's like blaming people you don't like for being on the telly, when really you should be blaming the people that put them on the telly, because who would refuse a job on the telly? (well we might but you can't blame them)

Some "supporters" are just strange though aren't they? Like after Saints lost 9-0 I didn't threaten anyone, or wish ill on anyone, but some ppl do. Funnily enough I said to my neighbour, they should be ashamed, and give up their wages to charity, which is what the players, and some staff are doing!

I guess in the old days ppl used to write hate mail, if they were really angry, but that involves a certain amount of effort, but social media makes it easy to step over the line without thinking.

One of the American chat shows has a segment, where he gets celebrities  to read out horrible tweets they receive, it's amazing some of the things ppl tweet, but does show that some ppl you wouldn't necessarily expect to be able to take it on the chin can, even though they shouldn't have to.

My life that was boring.

Here's our pass map from yesterday afternoon.

One successful pass in their area (Pepe to Mustafi goal) against the fifth place team in Portugal.
I was damn near nodding off. If the unlikely happens and we manage to get Champions League football next season we are going to be so embarrassed if it's with this coach and these tactics.

Earlier embarrassment could well occur on Saturday against Leicester.

Psychic Snaps.

I do not understand how we can be underperforming so much, the quality of the team on the field is so high.

I was far from the first or on my own in noticing the Emporor's abscence of clothing.
Expected to lose though I did think we'd score.
First time I'm actualy looking forward to an interlull.

New manager speculation time! I'm glad they sacked Emery, for whatever reason he isn't getting the performances that team should be giving.

The players look to have given up on him some time ago so it was inevitable.

My problem is I have little trust in the current ownership and senior management to make a decent choice to replace him. That's not to say they won't get lucky because whoever it is it's not going to be you, me or the tea lady so they'll have a decent level of ability and background.

I was listening to Behind Close Doors last night and Gary Lineker was commenting on the situation saying that when Leicester appointed Ranieri he put out a one word 'Ranieri?' tweet and was distinctly unimpressed.

So we wait and see.
Just be happy that we may actually play Norwich with some ambition to go forward.

Note: Ozil has won the waiting game.
