I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad
The dreams in which i`m dying are the best i`ve ever had.

I think it will be repealed as a Gooner holiday this year.

Everyone plays everyone else twice and then Tottenham finish in our shadow.
Like the turning of the seasons and the phases of the moon.
Inevitable.

It's that time of year again.
The first pre season friendly against Lens last night.
Ended up a 1.1 draw. We got the equalizer late on courtesy of a nice lob from Oxlade Chamberlain and an impressive assist from Gnabry.
So no need to lay out any of those millions sitting in the...
can't do it. BUY A ****ING STRIKER.
No I'm alright, really.
The medication will kick in in a minute.

Linked with so many, but still no striker. :( If they make us wait till an hour before the window closes I'm not sure I'll be able to take it.

I know we always go total drama queen just before the season starts but we don't really have until the start of the season.
Giroud will still be jaded from the Euros and Alexis may not have recovered from his ankle knack.
With the first match being Liverpool we could be playing catch up right from the start.

You can't tell a great deal from warm up/pre-season games but...
The Ox is looking a lot more confident with two good goals so far.
Holding scored his first and looks to be fitting in quite well.
About all you can tell so far with a lot of players still on their break is that we might be alright in the Carling cup.
Is that the rustle of a cheque book and the rumbling of an ancient Fax machine I hear.....

I'm not sure what I want now, to go into the new season (mental note to self, sort out fantasy footie team) without a striker and expecting to finish 4th, or for Arsene to nab an amazing one and go through the season with hopes and dreams and then finish second again.
