I'm glad you are positive about it & that it's useful.
Never had any dealings with EE, after reading your comments I'll give them a miss.

Just to take out a pay monthly sim only deal, a pay in advance deal, I had to give over an insane amount of details, including the date I registered my bank account, how long I've worked for my existing employer...
...just for a sim card!
To get my iPhone on O2 two years ago, I pretty much just entered my name, address and debit card details.

"Three has announced a £117 per month contract for the iPhone X."
"O2 is charging £86 per month plus a one-off £119.99 for the same unlimited deal on the larger phone."
£117 a month is insane!

Wow, wonder what the APR is on that?
EE are also pretty bad with the Apple Watch, it's about £200 cheaper to just buy it and get a sim from them.

My lads just signed for an iPhone X with EE
£300 up front and £49 a month.
Sounds like a good deal from what's said on here.

I think that works out at about £20 a month for the contract and £1k for the phone, if it's a 24 month one? Not too bad at all!

When it's cheaper to buy a plane ticket and go abroad to talk to someone face to face than it is to buy a phone, you know the world is out of whack.

Yes but the world in which we live is one where a room full of people sit on their phones Whatsapping and Facebooking each other.

Got that slightly wrong.
£375 up front and £47.99 a month and that's with 16gb data
(yes 24 month)
Still sounds alright as long as you're a drooling Apple fanboy, which he is.
