And the worst UK broadband provider is...

...you knew it was BT Broadband didn't you.

Quote:
Regulator Ofcom is announcing its findings for the third quarter of 2016 and BT is number one for customer complaints, averaging a whopping 36 per-100,000 customers, a number that is almost double the industry average.

BT-owned companies Plusnet and EE finished second and third on the same list...

Congratulations BT! Not many people come first, second and third...

Strange though that I find EE a good mobile network.

Apart from maybe one glitch a year or two back Sky haven't really given me a reason to look elsewhere.

Using talktalk at the moment, and had no problems with them other than security worries, regarding scams, and hacks, etc.

The biggest problem is 'open reach' land lines and not the actual providers. I have lost internet/phone at home,  twice last month, and had to claim a tenner compensation.

Down our way we have 40 year old wires and they keep breaking, though there is a rollout program to instal new cables for the new year. That should sort it.

My other grump is no matter the provider there is an approx £17 landline rental charge, that keeps internet monthly prices so high in the UK. This should be reduced to give us cheaper internet by landline.
