Percentage wize, There were actually very few talk talk subscribers affected.

My big problem is open reach bt, as when my line goes faulty it takes nearly a week for talk talk to get in touch with them, and sort it out.

I used to be with bt and it was max of two days sort. Happy days

I keep having this argument with someone, who says it's the same lines for domestic and business, you are paying more for nothing extra, and I say I'm paying for the fact when there is something wrong with it they jump to fix it.
