Page 1 of Widows 10 restart

Does anyone know how to stop Windows 10 from restarting?
I'm trying to install my audio onto my ipod classic & as there's a lot of it (83 days) it's taking a while to get the files onto the ipod. Twice now my laptop has restarted & iTunes just starts the file transfer from the start. I really HATE iTunes, why the hell can't it be drag & drop?
Anyway, how do I stop the rebooting? Thanks

Is it restarting to update?

If so, set the updates to prompt to restart instead of automatically doing so, and if that doesn't work, set your Internet Connection as metered to stop it automatically updating.

I think it's updates. Thanks for replying, will go have a look at the settings for updates. :-)

also set the "active time" to somehting useful, as say your active hours are 9-5 then at 6 it wants to reboot it will prompt/warn you, but then at 6:15 it won't warn again, it will just do it.
