I can thoroughly recommend the Anker chargers. Very, very good build quality too.
Don't forget that as good as it is to 'go bigger', literally the bigger you go, the bigger and heavier the charger. Pretty much double the mAh, double the weight (to carry around all day..).

Of the two you linked, the Poweradd would probably be fine, but don't expect it to be the 10,000mAh it claims.

It doesn't look like it comes with a mains charger, and that is the main issue (well a cheap and nasty powerbank could catch fire but it wouldn't electrocute you).

I don't own one, but I've heard really good things about Anker too.

Edit: I think that's a Black Friday deal BTW, (£15 instead of £20) so you'd need to order it today if you wanted it...
