Install a GBA emulator on your iPhone without jailbreaking

Interesting read this:

TL;DR...

Developers need a way to test their app on lots of phones, this abuses that system to release an app genuinely compiled by a registered app developer for testing purposes, without the need to have it authorised in the app store.

This would be a great way to get Scumm on my iPad, hope someone does that!

No idea if this affects current versions of the emulator software, it might be they still work and just future versions aren't possible.

Might still work, I think the clampdown is on the signing service that signed the app, but the app is still signed.

I think you need to have the developer licence in order to build and deploy the app.
I already have Xcode on the Macbook, just don`t want to pony up the developer fee.

EDIT: Anyway, planning on getting the next Google `nexus` phone anyway :D
