Two possibilities from Videohelp.com. No idea if they work but hey ho worth a go :)

BTW, screw it up "Not my fault guv`"

This will only work for multi-region hacked DVD players that CANNOT play DVDs with RCE.

Insert a regular DVD that you know that player accepts (you should use a DVD from another region than the one the player is originally from).

The player will begin to load the DVD. Just before the DVD menu or the copyright warning is displayed, eject the DVD and (wihtout turning off the player) insert the RCE DVD.

This is the hack posted under Toshiba SD1200 but it also works for SD110e:

On DVD players that have already been region code modified for multi- region ..occasionally you will get a DVD that will come with a meesage eg: "This Disc is intended to play on non-modified regions 1 Players" with a map of the regions
To get around this
Insert disc until the above appears then (on remote ontrol):
1/ press memory
2/ Set T Field to 1 ( by pressing 1 key)
3/ Press play
4/ Press Clear
5/ Press menu

Not easily. I had one of these back in the day (great players for the time), but they had to be hardware modified for multi-region playback and would not play RCE discs without the above workaround. So basically you're stuffed.
