It is worth a read but I have to confess I didn't make it through to the end.
Ms Cadwalla never seems to get Twitter and just treats the character limit as an enforced comma, fullstop or paragraph.
I've been saying for two or three years that the third world war was already under way. I don't claim any deep insight it just seems to have been blindingly obvious
I confess though that I didn't imagine it would extend to physical conflict in this way. I'm guessing that is due to Putin's impatience.
China, who seem very quiet lately, are much better at playing a longer game.

I wonder if he was feeling the worldwide discord he'd been sowing was starting to drop, and it was now or never.

Worth listening to Ukrainecast on Beeb sounds.
If you don't want the whole thing this three mins or so is probably a guide to where this thing ends.

Britain has been accused of opening a loophole in sanctions designed to hobble the Putin regime by granting one of Moscow’s biggest banks an “absurd” month-long exemption from the enforcement of an assets freeze.
Sigh.

Comparative silence then WW2 style siren kicks off for a minute or two while I'm watching.
No apparent reaction from traffic or the odd pedestrian or two visible, yes I know they are different locations but apparently the sound is from Kyiv.
I'm sure I'll come back to this feed quite often but work needs to be done right now.
The 'Like' is for posting the live feed not the reaction (lack of adequate reaction) by our government.
No shortage of Russian bots and genuine a***holes if you watch the comments.

The bitterest clashes of the EU referendum campaign so far followed a speech in which David Cameron suggested Brexit would increase the risk of war and genocide returning to the continent.
The Prime Minister’s claim brought a stinging retort from Mr Johnson, who ridiculed the Remain camp for pushing “scare stories about World War Three, or bubonic plague, or whatever”.

And the former Labour Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw, claimed the ex-Mayor had plumbed new depths by echoing Ukip leader Nigel Farage in blaming the EU for the upheaval in Ukraine.
