In my working environment, it is critical you admit when you are wrong and be humble about your mistakes.

Apparently not in government:

It's the Trump/Bannon/Cummings legacy isn't it?

Never apologise, never admit wrongdoing, never admit mistakes and certainly never fire anyone no matter how gross the misconduct.

Crow about your "successes": Conservatives boasting about highest number of vaccinations in Europe whilst forgetting to mention we also have the highest number of deaths too.

Deaths is now not the only worry, with these series of lockdowns with crazy rules of enforcement. Printing money to keep people at home.

If this continues by May with yet more lockdowns, there will be permanent decimation of the economy, businesses will/are collapsing, police state will be enforced, already is to an extent (see Gardia video above, this road block stuff is going to happen in England too, people are getting angry), freedom of movement curtailed in the name of protecting us, people will go off the head stuck indoors, many suicides, kids education cut back, people not getting non-covid related disease sorted, heart attack sufferers, cancer patients, even cataract eye surgery delayed, which luckily I got done in mid 2019 thank goodness, etc.

There will be more 'no covid related deaths' than 'covid deaths', due to this stranglehold on society by continuing covid lockdowns. Its time it was finished. ButĀ if it still goes by May with yet more worldwide lockdowns, then I will really smell a rat here, that this is all deliberate to destroy the way of life we had. I hope i am wrong. But will know soon enough.

He would raise the IQ too much for Parler to accept him.

Local police fined a guy here, who having just tested positive for covid, decided that he would go to a shopping centre (I go there often) so I'm rather glad they are cracking down.

Before we get all "good, glad the Police are clamping down", read this Twitter thread about actual data:
https://twitter.com/rowlsmanthorpe/status/1349459843833352192

The TL;DR of it is... people are not self isolating long enough after showing symptoms. And this is most likely because the government is not providing any support to people who have Covid.

If we paid people with Covid to stay at home, we would probably be out of this by now.

A couple have been fined for engaging in amorous behaviour at Crosby Marina. Not a reasonable excuse under the Covid regs.
In these temperatures I'm surprised he could find it to be fined.
