Constant bullshit conspiracies, constant misinformation with zero proof.

Have a look at the actual excess death figures. They are real. Real people are dying in large numbers.

Sometimes I wish we'd just open up the country completely and then the reality would really come home to some people because a big, unignorable chunk of the population would die. Just have a look at how well that's working out for America. The disease is close to rampant, and that's with a partial lockdown.

Humanity is f***ed."

Shouting at me, but ask yourself this - how is it OK, no, practically endorsed by the media, for "protesters" to march around the country in their unwashed covid-ridden swathes, yet when the pubs legitimately reopen, or regular people go to the beach, you are a beast because you are killing grandma?

Lets at least make the narrative consistent and cohesive. It's anything but. What about all those people who have lost their lives unrelated to covid? People who have and still are suffering with their health in various ways. The "science" seems to me to want to point to a zero sum game for covid, but we all know that isn't possible. So, what's the endgame? Stay indoors forever?

Swallow away, I don't buy it all, and reserve the right to see what is happening and question what the endgame is here.

I wish we knew the endgame as well, as the Government certainly dos'nt.

Today, we in England have just managed to do a body swerve around compulsory mask wearing in the shops. If you go to Scotland you do have to wear a mask in the shops.

Not sure if this is a good or bad thing, does a mask really help in shops and banks? other than helping shoplifters go anonymous

Today... tomorrow is another day. And we have a reactionary government who doesn't plan for anything, or at least anything likely to happen.

We haven't needed masks all along really.
Don't need them now either.
In 11 days though, very important...

I did a grocery shop after work today (I've been doing 1 large weekly shop in supermarket as normal this whole time) and today they had facemasks for sale, that was in a big Tesco, they're the disposable ones, I think pack of 10 was about £6. I wonder if the Scotland decision made them think they'd better stock them in England, and for those that use public transport.

Tonights midnight news...

Spoke to soon and Rob was right about tomorrow being another day...masks now to be compulsory in shops in England as from 24th July.
