Page 1 of Transatlantic Flights

So I travel a lot normally this time of year I'm in Vietnam, sometimes I visit my friends in Virginia and as its their daughters graduation in May I started looking for flights to Roanoke, and I discover that none of the flights include hold luggage? When did they start scrimping on this then ffs!! I mean a short flight or short journey ok but transatlantic?? Mental.....:(

I had to pay extra for hold luggage 'two large suitcases', as I had a lot of Uk food treats and presents for my Oz relatives, and customs gave me a hard time with some of the produce. Marmite and shortbread being the culprits.

Luckly I went through the red lane and declared otherwise i would have got a fine. They confiscated some stuff, and likey eat it for dinner, Cheeky Bas.....d's.
