Nobody is. The LibDems are using it as a campaign strategy, looks like they just got caught out.
This felt like the environmental equivalent of Boris going to a hospital for a photo op.

So had a look at my constituency through the ages, through border changes and the like, centring on where I live.

Over 100 years ago, the vote used to alternate between Liberal and Conservative, then in 1918, we got our first Labour MP. In 1921, there was a bye-election, where a Conservative was returned. In the next general election a couple of years later, a Labour MP was returned, and the constituency remained Labour until 1981, when the sitting Labour MP defected to the SDP. He retained the seat in the next election, after which the seat went Labour again, and has remained that way ever since.

I think the most effective use of my vote on December 12th would be to wipe my arse with it!

Andrew Neil destroys Bozo here and quite rightly.

Why is it he is running scared? Because Conservative promises will not hold up to the slightest scrutiny? Because he will be called out on his trustworthiness? Because he appears bumbling and chaotic? It's all of the above and more.

All the other leaders have faced the fire and as Neil himself says, how can you be Prime Minister and have to face up to the likes of Putin, Xi Jinping and Trump if you are terrified of a bad outcome from a f***ing tv interview.

I hope this badly damages the Cons in the polls, because it absolutely should.

Reminds me of the guy who attributed Bible quotes to the Q'uran and read them out to religious types who then 'accidentally admitted' that the bible is a horrific book to base a system of faith on.

It's very easy to enter an obviously opinionated bubble of people (and I really don't think he could have picked a more opinionated bunch of people from which to collect his soundbites) and throw cherry-picked quotes back at them, then recording their reactions to get clicks (& revenue) for your youtube channel. It would be like reading the 14 tenets of fascism to members of UKIP and attributing them to the Tory manifesto. It's lazy, lazy clickbait.

I'm not in any way defending Corbyn or Labour, and I most certainly won't be voting for someone with all the personality & charisma of a substitute geography teacher to be the next leader of the country.

Larry the No 10 cat is doing the 12 days of Christmas.

If you want a little light relief from the current sh*t show I'd suggest starting with the first day (linked) and catching up.

I hope they get as many calls as I do from ambulance chasing lawyer scams, MS Support scams, HMRC scams, bank phishing scams as I do from now on. Maybe then they'll do something about that.
