Remainers as well.
I include myself in that group. Even though I followed it fairly closely before the vote I don't remember the Ireland border being mentioned hardly at all.
Ever since the leave argument has shifted from 'They'll be knocking our door down, We'll get a deal in days, Fields of plenty and the sun will always shine'
To where we are now 'Possibly 10 years of pain, it'll be worth it, we survived the Blitz'.

Pete-MK says....There should have been a wider threshold for a definitive result, say 55-60% minimum.
Again, a result based on established falsehoods is the opposite of democracy.
Rubbish, as far as I have ever know, above 50% is a pass, and is democracy in action.
As said, if the result had been a Brexit fail, then we would all have accepted it, but you lot of remoners do not, and nor (more importantly) do 75% of MP's, so this is why Brexit is so difficult to achieve.

Rubbish. If the result had been that close the other way then the leave brigade, led by Farage, would be screaming for another referendum from the morning after, and you know it.

Johnson, who wants to be PM and have to negotiate with the EU, USA, India, China etc in difficult circumstances is too scared to debate with other potential leaders and face difficult questions. Bodes well for the UK's future...

Being popular is not the same as being capable or competent. Trump should have taught you that.

Welp,
It's not going to be Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaab.
Pity, as it was entertaining watching him become increasingly fundamentalist with each policy pronouncement.
Six loons left. Boris got 126 with the last vote, increasing his share. Debate tonight. He'll open his mouth, put his foot in it, and evaporate votes. His people were hoping to get him elected without him having to appear in public or actually say anything....

I'd be very surprised if the latter happens, Conservative MP's know what will happen if Boris is not elected by the grassroots again.
