I remember one of my first jobs, when ppl left, everyone was always bitter slagged them of saying how they'd be back soon, they were no good etc, apart from one guy, announced he was leaving, someone said what company you going to? when he replied he was going to be a fireman, everyone picked their jaws off the ground, and congratulated him and was nice to him, his final day, was the only last day ppl genuinely wished someone all the best when they left :)
