Has anybody in camp Trump ever defined what 'great' is and how they'll know when it's achieved?

He's managed to make America even more ridiculous than Bush Jr, in fact he makes Bush Jr look like he was a progressive politician.

I hope the Democrats can put forward a candidate that is so middle of the road and bland, that they can not only win but also pull the country back together again.
