I thought this was going to be another ridiculous sounding study that turned out to be paid for to promote holidays or something...

on TV they were discussing this compared to smoking, where for as long as I can remember, smoking is bad for you. Very clear cut. Drinking however, had always been a grey area, with different studies saying different amounts, different types of drinks, with or without a mixer, alternating with soft drinks (but not fizzy), etc has "confused" the issue, so this makes it easy for us plebs to understand.

Drugs are bad, mkay.

I guess it's caffeine's turn next, we havent been reminded of how bad that is for a while, unless you have certain conditions, then a certain amount is great, unless you also meet some othr criteria.

How about some common sense and everything in moderation?
