Several questions occur the main one being.
Fine when it's swimming pool calm like the promo but what happens with any level of chop.
Grounded or just fly higher with less fuel economy?

I remember catching a documentary years ago where some boffins were building these small crafts that glided just above the surface at very low speeds, and used very little fuel. There's a lot of science involved in the aerodynamics where they generate an immense amount of lift with minimum effort. Looks like these 'planes' are built around a similar concept.
