Woken up to a covering and it's still falling.
May post a pic of the dog's first experience of snow but he just looked a bit confused during the morning wee in the garden.

Isle of (not) Wight then.🤨

Snaps, I still remember my first dog (&only dog) reaction to snow. He was a big daft Labrador. He was skipping & jumping, licking the snow as it fell. Took ages to get him to come inside. Making me smile just thinking about him :-)

Well considering my pooch is usually so hyper he couldn't have been more laid back.
Just looked puzzled and maybe a bit annoyed that he had to do a bit more sniffing and digging for any treats thrown.
It's pretty well all gone now anyway just a thin smear of white where the sun hasn't been.

Chuffing cold though -3.

Not risking going out. A foot of snow. Looks very nice in the sunshine but it's a right pain in the 'arris.

Getting hit with snow in Essex, decided to go home early to be on the safe side, and now drinking hot tea, feet up and watching telly and internet.

This cold front might continue for the next two days according to the forecast, good, will just stay n bed

I had to bring him my laptop and phone in case I can't get in to work tomorrow, I'll probably just end up lugging them back tomorrow, as it's not bad here, and will just get sent home early if it does get bad which it should do later in the day.
