I think what's nice about that, is that it's their time they are giving up. any professional footballer could donate a tv to a ward, buy the kids Christmas presents etc, and a lot probably do, with or without blowing their own trumpet about it, but going down there in person, shaking hands, giving gifts in person is a nice touch.

I think Jermaine Dafoe showed us that some footballers are a lot more human than we give them credit for, and aren't all about flashing their cash.
