Or is it possibly people in authority desperate to blame anything but guns.

From a building services point of view, the less doors the more secure, but makes it more dangerous in respect to lack of escape routes in event of a fire or other such hazardous event.

During the architect/design team stage of creating a building, all these health and safety issues/and risk analysis is taken into account to minimise harm to occupants.

Of course money available, quality of materials and equipment used, and design cutbacks due to tyrannical accountants, can affect even the best of solutions. 

You always run risks being in any enclosed space. Minimising them is the number one priority.

I have very little to say about this,so little and

What reasons? well there are a number of them, depending on each mass shooting.....

1....they just don't have a reason, they go nuts and as guns are easily available, so they use them.

2. they go mad for feeling abused or feeling injustice in a recent past event and take it out on innocent victims in that area, and again with easy access to weapons.

3. Conspiracy sites say brain washing of perps, (since MK ultra back in the 50's by USA and also the red Russians were at it as well during cold war and onwards), who then program a killing spree and then either shoot themselves or go catatonic if caught. so no information can be gathered on who brain washed them.

4. many mass shootings use extra 'black ops' killers to get maximum kill ratio, the recent 2017 outdoor concert shooting in Las Vegas has shown more than one killer was there that night, also was considered as more than one shooter was used during the 2012 Aurora 'the dark knight' cinema shooting). 

The conspiratorial reason behind 3 and 4, is to create mass panic in America to reduce or get rid of guns in the USA, so it can be taken over easily by Illuminate 'one world government', but that will not happen , as there as as many illegal as legal guns in the USA, and millions in the USA believe in right to form a militia to oppose any internal and external enemies.

I knew you and Rob would hate conspiracies, but you have to look at all the possible reasons to why mass shootings have increased over the years, especially in the USA.

So whether you believe it or not.......its not the first conspiracy that has turned out to be fact.
