Once again, Labour comes up with a policy most can get behind, the ending of council services being outsourced (my local council has outsourced its libraries and its municipal waste dump, and it all turned to crap in a matter of weeks), but good policies mean nothing when the leader is incompetent, stubborn, and wilfully blind.
