Was never good at electronics, as when I was in tech college in Sydney years ago, my project was a DC converter, and I put to much current through the circuit and the capacitor blew up with smoke filling the class room.

It was difficult to hide, and had to own up, and the teacher said, "I think you will be better with concrete", and you know, he was actually right 

I remember watching something similar when I built the interocitor 😉
