This one's stuck with me down the years as I'm in the same age range as his and Hindley's victims.
Shame that he goes to his grave still not having revealed the location of Keith Bennet's body.

There are criminals and then there are the real evil ones.
Back then, he got what he deserved, Life imprisonment.

Isn't 51 years worse punishment then ending a killers life? We are often told that the majority of the UK want a return of the hangmans rope. Honestly I do not know. I'm sure the family of their victims would want instant justice and who can say for sure we wouldn't feel the same. I don't know the answer.
