"In good news, Trump signed an order today eliminating federal loan debt for permanantly & completely disabled veterans. Only half of those eligible had received it so far, but that was blamed on a burdensome application process."
I actually watched that as it suddenly appeared on youtube and I was curious as to what was going on.
I didn't get the whole passing out of pens at the end...

I think he's seen old peace treaties being signed and figured it was the 'thing to do'

On the Greenland thing.
I've seen it put forward that the reason he cancelled the visit is because Obama is visiting about three weeks after him and he didn't want the different levels of welcoming crowds flagged up.

If Trump loses his re-election, which would prove money can't buy you everything in America (his war chest is insane), I dread to think what he will spend his last few months in office doing.
One of the things I think is great about the UK political system is, pretty much the moment you lose you are out.

Refusing to leave it and manufacturing some state of emergency which would 'imperil the country' if he was to leave office.

His entire presidency has been peppered with perpetual pettiness, particularly when it comes to life-affirming legislation put in place by his predecessor. Unless they drag him from the Oval Office on the day of his (hopeful) defeat, I think we can see his previous despicable acts pale by comparison, and as it's highly likely he's going to be arrested the second he leaves office, he really won;t have anything to lose.

You all assume Trump is going to lose, can't see it myself.
Biden will not beat Trump.

Trump’s plummeting too fast for that question now.
His latest impossible demands...

When the US starts haemorrhaging jobs and money, the question will be which Republican will be standing against him.

See the If, also reference to his war chest. Already that's not all of us assuming.

Again, there is a clear if there.
