Well it's been years since I visit London and I didn't see it all, and I would like to see the countryside and Wales. A lovely Welsh gent told me to visit Wales that I would fall in love and learn the meaning of a beautiful land that has been blessed.Wish me luck that I will get there..,if I died before ,my last words are for my ashes to be spread there.

Unfortunately didn't get the mortgage, not really a surprise but still p***ed off especially as i could have paid it off in 3 years :(

Appreciate that, s*** happens, now i have to see if i can actually stick to my guns, save for another year or two and try and buy one outright, problem with that is actually having a few grand and not fecking off when the winter hits........

In answer to original question, I will be building an underground bunker for the coming apocolypse.

Alfie, being in the hotel business i will have to make an advanced reservation for said bunker :)

Don't worry it's just the beginning of the new year . Do it again look for another better yet go to another mortgage company, I remember when I started to look for a house I was rejected one time because we were first time home buyers and they said I didn't work that long as a full timer. So I kept working and save more for down payment in a few months and we got our home.So keep the faith.
