Page 1 of Well when my luck is in :)

So back on Jersey and as usual i bring so much crap with me its unbelievable including my gadgets, iPad, iPhone kindle mac etc etc but that doesn't stop me popping into the odd charity shop to pic up a dvd or a book that takes my fancy (yes i still actually like to flick thru the pages) so picked up a book by one of my favorite authors of old.....2 days later i find out said gentleman is actually living in my hotel!!! And what a nice man he is, so now i have a signed copy and he tells me he has a book released over xmas so will check that out when i can :)

Might be worth a bob or two in a couple of decades 

Reminds me of my Churchill commerative coin I got as payment for an electrical job 30 years ago off a pensioner as he had no cash, and went to sell it last year at auction and was told it was worth only a twenty minus auction commission. 

Oh well, it was worth a punt
