sad news about another attempt at a remake... I don't believe it will ever happen, there have been many false starts!

A good read is 'You're him aren't you!' which is Paul DARROW autobiography.

With Holywood remakes of British Si-fi, its either hit or miss.

I am thinking of the Hitchhickers guide to the Galaxy movie that was never as good as the British TV series, and the dreaded Doctor Who movie with Paul McGann, that was just drastic.

But, I like Si-fi, and just hope they make a good job of the Blake seven characters, and have decent sets and spaceship models.

...and that Benedict Cumberbatch can direct at least half as well as he acts and that the producers leave him to it.

Exciting news... but after a number of false starts, and issues over the ownership of the product, i really hope it happens, but not too Americanised!
