Well at least that's one way of getting out of completing a prison sentence 

I think we have had so many years of this now (re: starting with Jimmy Savile), with RICH celebs getting done for historical demeanour's.

As we well know, If they were  not rich, the women would would not pursue wanting compensation.

If someone drives recklessly and runs you over with their car, you'd want compensation for that wouldn't you?

So really this is more like saying, "any one who wants compensation for being abused is gold digging", which seems a rather easy way to dismiss their trauma and not take their suffering seriously.
