So it`s blue then? Maybe.... with a few deals...

Exit polls suggesting Hung Parliament withTories ahead but with Labour and Lib Dems together not having enough to oppose.  Surprising reduction in Lib Dem seats too.

The Conservatives would have 307 MPs, up 97 on 2005, Labour would have 255, down 94, and the Lib Dems 59, down 3. Nationalists and others would have 2

Let`s see the reality in the morning.....

revised exit poll has lib dems on 61, but all the experts are saying the numbers are compltely screwed up. also, something about a sit-in at a Hackey polling station because no-one was allowed to vote

If there is a hung parliament, in view of the stories of latecomers turned away from polling stations, I`d be fully expecting the result of this election to be declared null and void and a replay called for six weeks` time.

The thing that`s marked this election for me has been the appalling behaviour of the media leading up to and during the campaign. There has been so much sh*t-stirring on the part of commentators, not just the extremely partisan printed press.

As for these dodgy polls carried out for broadcasters, if I was a politician I wouldn`t be counting my chickens just yet.

The winner for Washington and Sunderland west looks like the disguise Arnie used in Total Recall

Funny you mention Arnie - apparently he`s called David Cameron to congratulate him on his victory??!!

Hung Parliament, with about 70 stillto declare, Cameron can`t get the majority he needs. Lib Dems, shocking result for the little guys. BNP got bugger all and the Greens got +1.

Should be an interesting couple of weeks

It`s fascinating here & now, watching BBC1.

Some recounts in progres (Glenda Jackson) & George Galloways haven`t even started to be counted apparently due to verifications that all is being adhered to.

43/61 - Best of luck it`s bedtime here.
