Page 1 of Banksy at the Bristol Museum

Does anyone here live in or near Bristol? Or planning on going to see this?
Its on for three months and I am planning on popping down at some time

I like a lot of Banksy`s stuff. Nice and accessible for us plebs and he has a good sense of humour as well.

I like his early stuff

who am I kidding - I am almost pre-disposed to like all his stuff

its usually a cut above the rest of the stencil scene

I`d like to take a trip to see this!

Would be a good trip for my students - but alas it is now their summer break and by the time they return it will be over :(

Still I may pop up to Brizzol and view. :)



I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad

There`s enough graffiti around these parts without going to a museum to look at it!

There is a bit more to it than that
lots of animatronix, `installations` that sort of thing
it`s free - probably worth a look if you live down there

Wouldn`t mond seeing it - though I reckon it`s not as good as the New York installation as it was put in an old shop and made into a pet store.

What would put me off is that if its free they`ll be hundreds of people in there - unless they used timed tickets.

was one in one out on saturday apparently

also some of the pet store exhibits look to be at the museum - i think i read there was 100 `things` to see

If people don`t know who he is then how do they know that all the Banksy`s that are about are Banksy`s, reminds me of the famous scene from Spartacus..........I`m Banksy.......No I`m Banksy....And so on.....
