Nope: Its Dynamite Cop! Which was, i believe in development to be a Die Hard game, but sega couldnt get the license, fact fans (no googling too, which makes me a +11 nerd).

*It was so crap they had to take all the returns and bury them in a landfil in new mexico

I think my clues were s***e but without giving it away completely I can`t give a more detailed description. Perhaps if I`d played it in the last 3 years I`d remember more specific details.

I believe it was Startopia, which I quite enjoyed. Came out at the same time as Warcraft 3 and Warrior Kings, though, so I didnt play it as much as I probably should have. And, yeah, you probably wouldnt get it if you hadnt played it.
