Between the cast, Ivan's involvement and the general positive vibes of the trailer, I'm pretty excited.
Which is rare for movies these days.

They are cute, but it doesn't fill me confidence. The gremlins reference is understandable, but removing the 2016 disaster from the equation, they feel very out of place, as does Rudd's reaction to them.
We know Rudd is a teacher, and is familiar with the original Ghostbusters, so would remember the original Stay-Puft marshmallow man, making his cutesy reaction out of place. There are rumours this might be an ad for sweet-related merchandise.
But probably not. This looks like it might be more geared towards a younger audience, especially with McKenna in the gunner's seat, as it were.

This actually gives me an idea what the movie might be like, and that it has an actual plot. I am not sure how I feel about the Stranger Things vibes... not helped by one of the cast from Stranger Things...

This is probably the only film I'm looking forward to this year. I wasn't impressed with the staypuft vignette, and there's a little too much shilling for Sony in some of the BTS stuff, but now this fuller trailer is out I have more hope.
Good to see Janine, but it's still unclear if she & Egon got back togther, and if she's just there in a capacity of overseeing Egon's last will. There's also a mismatch between time passed since GB2 (1989) and the apparent age of his daughter.
Obviously Dan at the end, but I have a feeling Bill was there too, in one tiny shot. Might be wrong. Still very stoked, it feels like we've been waiting for this one forever.
