Universal is trying to (actually it has for a while and failing, so endlessly trying again with clean slates) make a unified movie franchise where their classic monsters exist in the same universe.

I can't help but think Tom Cruise has made the biggest mistake of his life since joining Scientology with this one...

Isn't it about time someone made one of these with their foot off the throttle.

I haven't seen Robin Hood or Noah so I didn't feel in a position to judge his mistakes. :)

Noah film was dismal...

as he is protrayed as a phycopathic killer, which is nothing like the Bible story.
I hate negative films like that.

Where's The Rock ;)

I thought that looked like quite good bonkers fun :) You know what it's like, sometime you're in the mood for Schindler's List, sometimes you're in the mood for Armageddon, this looks ideal for an evening, when you want to switch off your brain and watch thinks go bang :)

I thought it was depressing too. However, I don't think Noah was supposed to be a tambourine-shaking-singing-round-the-campfire Ned Flanders type; he was supposed to do God's bidding unquestioningly, including killing members of his own family...
