RE: Mamma Mia - I don`t get it?
I enjoyed all three POTC movies. In the main, I also enjoyed Mamma Mia (I really have to get that bloody review finished). The thing about MM is that unlike the POTC films, which are made with an incredibly high degree of professionalism, MM seemed to be thrown together. I`ve seen more polished performances as finales on Bruce Forsyth`s Generation Game.

Although it`s not really my type of film, I did enjoy Mamma Mia... it was nothing special - but it certainly is good fun (and it helps if you like ABBA). After about an hour, my mind did start to wonder though...
And I don`t know why people are singling out Brosnan as being particularly "bad"... he was no worse than the other two - I`d say Colin Firth probably had the weakest voice.
(...but that`s really not the point, lol...)
RE: Mamma Mia - I don`t get it?
I went to go see this movie with a friend of mine. It was a little painful to watch, but if you just take it as a campy musical then it is entertaining. I have the soundtrack and I still panic when I think I`m going to hear Pierce Brosnan sing again.
I did a 10 year bump LOL, anyway Mamma Mia 2, is a sequel and a prequel in one.
Had to suffer this last night at the local cinema to please the wife. The things a man has to do
My Conclusion...Will not be such a resounding hit as the original film. Sufferable if the cinema pours pints, which it did.

Summer Holiday for the prosecco generation.
Oh, and don't the ladies go a bundle on films in which men show their feelings?
Pierce Brosnan singing...Argh!
Its real, its rough, its not dubbed, but should have been
Acting great, singing not so
